Webdigs makes it easy to find your dream home! Our powerful search engine instantly puts area real estate listings, tax records, property outlines and a host of other sources at your fingertips.
2. Tour Your Favorites
After you narrow down your search, you can set up home tours through one of our friendly Webdigs agents. To set up a tour, or If you have questions about a property, please use the "Schedule a Showing" button on the detail pages or give us a call at 888.WEB.DIGS (888.932.3447).
3. Begin Your Offer
Never made an offer before? No problem! Webdigs lets you fill out a rough draft with our easy Offer Wizard. After you submit it, your Webdigs agent will contact you to go over everything in person or over the phone. When you’re ready to make your offer, you sign the paperwork and your Webdigs agent will take it from there.
4. Webdigs Presents Your Offer
Webdigs will negotiate to make sure you get the best deal and will stay with you through the entire buying process. If the seller makes a counteroffer, your Webdigs agent will contact you with the details and you can respond. Because Webdigs agents aren’t paid on commission, they’re completely devoted to getting you the best deal on your home.
5. Close the Deal
Webdigs will help you handle all the paperwork, including financing, mortgage, inspection, title insurance and property insurance.
How You Save
Webdigs rewards you with up to two-thirds of our buyer-side commission by crediting you at closing. From this, you can pay closing costs and other expenses associated with the closing of your new home. The average reward is around $6,000 for a $300,000 home; Webdigs’ minimum commission is $3,000.
