How Buyers Save With Webdigs
HOMEBUYERS SAVE WITH WEBDIGS BECAUSE WE GIVE THEM CASH BACK!
WE OFFER A TYPICAL HOMEBUYER THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN CASH REBATES
Simply put, buyers save with Webdigs because we give our buyers cash rebates of up to 50% of the commission we receive. For example, if we receive a $6,000 commission, we will send you a check for $3,000. It is that easy! In a typical deal, the rebate will represent approximately 1.35% of the purchase price of the home. A $250,000 home purchase would generally result in a rebate check for our buyer of $3,375. A $400,000 home purchase would typically generate a cash rebate of $5,400.
Our fee structure is very simple and there is no catch to our generous cash rebate policy. Other than a $295 administration fee, (which is very low compared to industry average) there are no hidden "junk fees" that many other real estate brokers charge.
Our minimum fee per transaction is $3,000 so in order to benefit form our rebate policy it is generally required to purchase a home with a minimum purchase price of $111,111. Ther greater the purchase price the greater the rebate. Using 2.7% as the typical buyer's broker commission, a buyer purchasing a home through Webdigs for a price of greater than $222,222 will receive a full 50% rebate of $3,000.

Buyers' Savings Using Webdigs:
Here is a commission breakdown example on a $350,000 home.

$4,250 could buy you new living room furniture, three flat-panel TVs, central air conditioning or a whole lot of gasoline!
Note: Your rebate is paid within 3 days of when we receive our commission - usually, sometime between the date of closing and 15 days. This rebate is your money to do with as you please. And the IRS has made a ruling on behalf of a real estate brokerage, that rebates such as ours are not taxable. The average rebate is around $4,725 for a $350,000 home; Webdigs' minimum commission is $3,000.
Although the industry standard is $495, Webdigs charges our clients an Admin Fee of ONLY $295. This shows up on the HUD Settlement Statement as a Closing Cost.
