Within the map, browse your neighborhood of interest. Use the filter at the left of the map to view homes with the characteristics that interest you.

Do I get the same services as other real estate agents and brokers would give me?

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we do offer financing. Email us for application information or click the mortgage link on the homepage.

How does Webdigs make money?

When customers buy a home using Webdigs, we earn a commission as their broker. We return up to 1/2 of the commission to the customer, and retain 1/2 for our services.

When customers sell a home using Webdigs, we earn a flat fee of $3,000* at closing for the services we provide.

When do I have to pay for your services?

You may choose to pay for our services upfront or at close. You may save a significant amount of money if you pay up front. Webdigs accepts all credit cards.

What is Webdigs for Sellers?

Webdigs for Sellers is an online service for listing a home in Minnesota. Webdigs will help you price your home and get it ready to put up for sale. When you are ready to list your home, Webdigs will enter it into all area real estate listings for full exposure. We provide you with all the tools you need to sell, including a professional yard sign, flyers and a lockbox. Once you start receiving offers, Webdigs will be there to help with negotiations and will stay with you all the way through to closing.  Click HERE for more details on how sellers save.

What is Webdigs for Buyers?

Webdigs for Buyers is an online service for making an offer on a home in Minnesota. Using Webdigs, you start your offer and purchase agreement online, and a Webdigs agent will walk you through the entire experience. As part of this service, Webdigs refunds up to 1/2 of its commission to you.

Will I have any upfront costs? 

As a buyer, no. As a seller, Webdigs charges $495 up front, the remainder is paid at closing.

How do I get a refund from Webdigs?

If you buy a property through Webdigs, we refund you up to 1/2 of the commission (we retain $3,000 or 1/2 of the commission we receive, whatever is greater). This refund can amount to as much as 2% of the price of the home. The actual amount varies with each listing, depending on the commission level offered to the buyer's agent by the seller.

What is My Webdigs?

My Webdigs allows you to mark listings from the map and monitor their status via e-mail or a Webdigs Web page. You can also sign up to receive e-mail updates when new listings become available. Registration with My Webdigs is required to participate in our new direct program.

If I submit an offer form to Webdigs using the Offer Wizard, does that mean I'm committed to buying?

No. When you submit your information electronically, your Webdigs agent puts it in the form of a purchase agreement and then reviews that agreement with you. It's only after you review, approve and sign the offer that you are committed.
