		<description>I did rent boxes on one move and it provided some much needed motivation to unpack ALL the boxes within a month. However, I have also used "used" boxes and haven't found them too unseemly, but perhaps I have a high threshold for such things.</description>

		<description>those used cardboard boxes are nasty! actually, i don't have any idea where to put them after the "unpacking" phase and I don't have the heart to throw them away as well so they just sit there in the garage, waiting to rot. 

I found out that there is a reusable plastic boxes that can be rented for moving needs. they will be delivered and picked up after use. some moving companies provide them as well.</description>

		<description>Lucie - Great Post.  We are actually experiencing this.  I had an agent representing a buyer ask me to propose an offer to her buyer on one of our listings.  She did this as she was fearful of making an "insultingly" low offer.
